What is truSculpt iD?

Trusculpt iD is a non-surgical fat reduction and body contouring treatment that uses monopolar radiofrequency technology to heat fat cells until they melt and are flushed away by the body’s own lymphatic system – through your sweat and excrement. It is a ‘fat reduction’ treatment, not a ‘weight loss treatment’.

How does truSculpt iD work?

A flat, handless device is held gently against the area you want treated, where it sends radio frequency wave to therapeutically heat up the fat cells beneath your skin. The fat cells cannot withstand this heat in the stipulated time and up to 24% of the fat cells die off in the treated area. This effective technology has been clinically proven to permanently eliminate dead fat cells over the next 6-8 weeks through the body’s own lymphatic system, leaving you noticeably slimmer and toned. Clinical Studies have shown an average of 24% fat reduction achieved in just one treatment.

Am I the right candidate for truSculpt Flex?

Both men and women who are in good health and would like to strengthen, tone and firm their abs, thighs, buttocks, arms and/or legs are the right candidates for truSculpt Flex.

How many treatments are needed?

Up to 8 muscle groups or 2 areas (e.g., abs and arms) can be treated in a single 45 minute session. Remarkable results can be achieved with as little as 4 treatments. Additional treatments may be required to achieve the personalised results you desire.

How does it feel?

At the beginning of the treatment, you will feel a gentle contracting sensation in the muscles. Over the course of the treatment, the contractions slowly intensify. The intensity is personalised and will depend on you. It feels like a hard workout at the gym!

Can truSculpt Flex be combined with truSculpt ID to remove fat?

Yes! truSculpt iD eliminates stubborn fat while truSculpt Flex tones and strengthens muscles. Clients who are interested in losing fat, and then defining their body, can combine both procedures to achieve comprehensive body sculpting. In Sculpt Mode, we can even increase your BMR, which will also aid in fat loss.

Is there any downtime?

TruScupt Flex is non -invasive, requires no recovery time and you are able to immediately return to normal activity after the treatment. Post-procedure, you may notice tingling in the area for up to a few hours or slight muscle tenderness for 24-72 hours.
